I’m a regular at Princeton Tea House, and I absolutely love it! The space is elegant, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff are super friendly. The food and milk teas are not only tasty but also beautifully presented. Back when I was a student, I could grab a coffee on a quiet weekday and just relax there for hours. The manager is really nice too. Honestly, this is the best value tea house in all of NJβ€”highly recommend!

Once upon a time, my girlfriends and I went to Alice's Tea Cup in NYC where we feasted on finger sandwiches, scones complete with homemade clotted cream and raspberry preserves, and of course, wonderful pots of tea. While central New Jersey has a few places for high tea, none came close to Alice's Tea Cup. Then I heard about an Asian-European place that serves fusion desserts, brunch, and afternoon tea. I'm intrigued. Off we went and arrived at a run-down-looking strip mall which will make you question if you even arrived at the correct address. It should be noted, parking is a breeze as they have a community parking lot. Upon seeing the restaurant's signage, we concluded we did arrive at the right address. Definitely, "looks can be deceiving" because once you walk through their doors, you will be magically transported into a warm, relaxing, and immaculate tea parlor. Quite a stark contrast to the outside. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and she sat us at a booth. After scanning their digital menu, we decided on their famous Afternoon Tea for Two. A fun kitty cat robotic- server appeared shortly with our teapots. In case you didn't know, you can also adjust the level of swe

I recently visited Prince Tea House’s Princeton location for the second time and was super excited to try more items on the menu. I came with a group of 4 for lunch time, so we each got something savory (the Santa Fe chicken wrap was delicious and comes in 4 small quarters). We also got the hot rose/mango/peach green tea which was really refreshing. For those who enjoy iced tea lattes, you have to try the iced rose milk tea (I got it with oat milk and 80% sugar and it was just right). The only concern was the color, since at first glance, the tea was red and murky and didn’t resemble a milk tea, perhaps due to the oat milk. Unfortunately, the strawberry matcha latte was not enjoyable, as it was very watery and the matcha flavor was not pronounced at all. The desserts saved the day as always: highly recommend the earl grey crepe cake and the matcha crepe cake, they both have amazing flavors and are super decadent!

We had a lovely experience at Prince Tea House and truly enjoyed their afternoon tea. The space is beautiful and cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax and spend a slow afternoon. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the elegant setup to the menu. The afternoon tea was delicious and beautifully presented, and we really appreciated how vegetarian friendly it was. There were plenty of thoughtful options, which made the experience feel inclusive and easy to enjoy. The selection of teas, desserts, and bites felt indulgent without being overwhelming. A huge shoutout to our server, Kai. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly kind, and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. Her service truly elevated the entire experience. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already excited to come back. Highly recommend Prince Tea House for a charming, vegetarian friendly afternoon tea and wonderful service.
